### How To Book

The holiday cottage is available for short breaks in Spring and Autumn and on a weekly basis during the summer,

**Prices for the cottage per week: **

£450 June to September

£400 October to May

**Minimum Stay:**

4 nights from October to May

7 nights from June to September

Prices include electricity, bedding and towels.

Where a booking straddles two periods, the higher rate will apply.

All bookings must be confirmed in writing with a non-returnable deposit of £100.00.

The balance of full rental is payable 2 months prior to your arrival. Payment by bank transfer is preferred.
